Edison Operating Company’s mission is to utilize the decades of experience of its management team in the exploration, acquisition and production of oil and gas reserves in the Mid-Continent region of the United States. Our focus is to deliver high quality energy resources to our investing and mineral partners and manage these valuable assets in an ethical and profitable manner while maintaining the integrity of the environment upon which these assets are located.

David G. Withrow

Managing Partner

25 years of industry experience in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. B.A. Petroleum Geology and MBA from Wichita State University, Memberships include: American Associations of Petroleum Geologists, Kansas Geological Society and Licensed Geologist with the Kansas State Board of Technical Professionals.

Brad Goertz

Controller

Manage all accounting and financial functions of EOC’s accounting department. Member of Petroleum Accountants Society of Kansas. B.S. Business Management from Newman University. 10 years of industry experience.

Kyle I. Griffin, RPL

Land and A&D Manager

Manage EOC leasing acquisition business and property acquisition strategy. B.S. in Agricultural Economics from Oklahoma State University. Memberships include the national American Association of Professional Landmen, ADAM-OKC - Acquisitions, Divestitures and Mergers Energy Network, and regional Wichita Association of Petroleum Landmen. 9 years of industry experience.

Brian J. McCoy

Drilling/Completion/Operations Manager

11 years experience directing and managing all drilling, completion and operations of producing properties located in Kansas, Oklahoma and Texas. B.S. in Education from Emporia State University and MBA from Baker University.

Adam T. Kennedy

Geophysical Manger/Geologist

10 years experience in wellsite supervision, prospecting, and geophysical interpretation. Responsible for prospect generation and managing geophysical projects. B.S. in Geology from Wichita State University.

Dallas Preston

Field Supervisor/Completion Engineer

Over 37 years of experience in pumping, field supervision, operational management and investing in oil and gas properties. Dallas assists management in our daily property, service and completion operations.
